Police ID 71-year-old woman killed in crash

The victim's name is being withheld by police pending notification of next of kin. The Greensboro, Md., woman was driving a 1991 Toyota Camry west when she failed to negotiate a curve, said Master Cpl. Jeffrey Hale. He said the Camry went about 330 feet through a field and over a ditch before striking the side of the home. The victim was was taken by ambulance to Kent General Hospital, where she was pronounced dead. Her body was turned over to the state Medical Examiner's Office for an autopsy.
