Storm brings some snow, flooding, isolates community

The cold prompted at least one homeless shelter to open early while the rains caused problems along the coast -- with some getting trapped by high water including a whole bayside community that was again isolated by floodwaters. The Delaware Department of Transportation also closed Del. 1 near the Indian River Inlet for part of Saturday as a precautionary measure. Photo Gallery [More]
